SCREENWRITING
a Better IDEA OF who You’re Hiring.
-
There is no greater joy than the creation of a story. When I first started I wanted to write dialogue like Schrader, the cerebral touch of Kaufman, and world building of Tarantino. These auteurs made me fall in love with the craft and find my own style and voice. I decided not to follow the treaded path, but the one left unmarked - through that I’ve found my identity as a writer. I want to share my voice and ideas in a manner that helps connect the world through spirit and the sentiments of my craft.
-
Bachelors degree in Screenwriting, Bachelors in Journalism, A Philosophy minor, and the added benefit of having lived all over the world - my voice can’t help but be heard. I’ve collected stories from different cultures and countries and am ready to share my knowledge with anyone who wants stories with a universal theme. My works have received awards and placements in various film festivals across the globe. My writing has been produced by various companies such as F14, SKAV, and the CSUN film department.
-
I would classify my niche to be best tailored in the Adventure/Drama/Action or Animated block. Through my studies as a Screenwriting major at CSUN I focused on creating a track record for quality stories that humanize people, places, and ideas that may often be seen as risque. My stories are meant to make you fulfilled as my best experiences in the cinema are with films that leave you with a sense of accomplishment much akin to the final moments of a rollercoaster. While my focus is mostly in these types of stories, I have also penned multiple comedies, sci-fi’s, and romance films and Television.
-
A track record of professionalism and excitement. Quality. Consistent. Distinctive. I want my words to inspire and my voice to be unique to every project I am apart of.
